Henderson Land Development (0012) will launch the first batch of flats at its Arbour project in Jordan next week, providing no less than 50 units.Arbour offers 172 units, including 26 studio flats, 86 one-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom flats and 18 features units, with an area ranging from 233-752 square feet.
The prices are set using property values in the same district as a reference. The show flat in Tsim Sha Tsui will open and subscriptions open this weekend.

Meanwhile, Minmetals Land (0230) will release the price list of Montego Bay in Yau Tong as soon as Thursday. The first batch of flats involves around 130 units, mainly small and medium-sized flats.
Wheelock Properties meanwhile, has named its Kai Tak project in Muk Tai Street as Monaco and expects to launch the first batch of the 646-unit project by the end of this year.
The first phase offers 399 flats, ranging from studio flats with 280 sq ft to three-bedroom units with 760 sq ft. The project is awaiting pre-sales consent.
