Eunice LamCura Health's website has been inaccessible since Tuesday, while the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts of CuraBox - which has the same trademark as Cura Health - disappeared yesterday afternoon.
The online merchant involved in the alleged resale of a prescribed medicine from a public hospital, Cura Health Ltd, was a startup under the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks' incubation program.

In response to a media inquiry yesterday, the science park in Sha Tin confirmed that Cura Health had participated in its incubation for startups in 2019, but left in 2021 after the three-year program.
The company's registered address was then changed to a flat in an industrial building in Fo Tan in August 2021.
Four cofounders of Cura Health said in a local media interview in February 2021 that one of them was a registered pharmacist.
While the alleged prescribed medication was only removed from HKTVmall over a year after it was sold, the e-commerce platform said yesterday it has fined merchants as well as terminated 50 and removed more than 2,200 products between January and July this year for violating legislation.
