Francis Law buys two The Westminster Terrace duplexes for HK$66.8m

Francis Law, the second son of local developer Yu Tai Hing's founder Lo Siu-tong, has acquired two duplex units and six parking spaces at luxury residential project The Westminster Terrace in Tsuen Wan for around HK$66.8 million.

Both duplexes measure 2,432 square feet. The higher-floor unit, together with three parking spaces, was sold for HK$35 million, while the other unit, along with two parking spaces, was sold for HK$31.8 million.

He also spent HK$1 million to purchase an additional parking space.

Meanwhile, Law has been actively selling off properties since 2022, including North Point's historic Sunbeam Theatre for HK$750 million and a retail podium in Kowloon to the City University of Hong Kong for HK$880 million.
