Prices for Cloudview in Sheung Shui to be unveiled after Spring Festival

Wing Tai Properties' (0369) residential project Cloudview in Sheung Shui is expected to unveil its first price list with no less than 153 units after the Spring Festival holiday.

Since it uploaded the sale brochure in 2024, the project has received about 2,000 inquiries, of which 500 came from the mainland, the developer said.

Four three-bedroom special units at the project span from 688 to 868 square feet and feature terraces, is possible to put on sale by tender, it added.

The development is estimated to be completed in March next year. 

The project offers 765 flats in total, featuring one- to three-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 196 to 868 sq ft.
