One Park Place unveils first price list of 150 units

One Park Place in Yau Tong released its first price list of 150 flats, with discounted prices starting at HK$4.24 million.

It's jointly developed by Sino Land (0083), CSI Properties (0497), and MTR Corporation (0066).

The new batch of units features one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 293 to 431 square feet.

Its discounted per-sq-ft price is HK$14,588 - 5 percent lower than that of the latest price list at nearby residential project Chill Residence, or 18 percent cheaper compared with the project's first price list.

The development's show flat will be open for public viewing on Wednesday and is expected to commence sales next week, said Victor Tin Sio-un, executive director of Sino Land.
