Mid-Levels project MVP launching 14 luxury units by tender

Emperor International (0163) will launch tenders for 14 units at the MVP luxury development in Mid-Levels West starting this Saturday.

The units include nine three-bedroom standard flats, two four-bedroom standard flats, and three special units, with usable areas spanning 963 to 2,990 square feet.

The developer opened a show flat on Tuesday, featuring a 1,469-sq-ft three-bedroom unit.

Mani Fok Man-hei, artist management director at Emperor Entertainment, and company artist Hedy Chan Hoi-yi attended a press conference for the property on Tuesday to preview a promotional video alongside the media.
