Phase 6B of Deep Water South sells two flats for HK$121 million via tender

Grande Blanc, phase 6B of Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, sold two flats for a total of over HK$121 million via tender. 

The project, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), saw a four-bedroom unit with a saleable area of 1,696 square feet change hands for HK$86.4 million, or HK$50,964 per sq ft, both new highs for the development.

The other flat, a 918-sq-ft unit with three bedrooms, was sold for HK$34.8 million, or HK$37,898 per sq ft.

Deep Water South has sold 11 flats via tender so far with the developers cashing in HK$539 million.
