Deep Water Pavilia 50 times oversubscribed ahead of sales

Deep Water Pavilia, Phase 5A of The Southside in Wong Chuk Hang, has so far received over 5,000 cheques for 100 units, representing an oversubscription rate of 50 times.

The project was jointly developed by New World Development (0017), Empire Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488) and MTR Corporation (0066).
 
As the following project of the Pavilia series, Deep Water Pavilia gained significant market attention since its launch. The second round of sales for 100 units at listed prices will take place on Friday, with subscriptions closing Thursday at 4pm. 

Including units sold in earlier price lists, Deep Water Pavilia has sold a total of 199 units, generating over HK$4.1 billion in revenue. The average transaction price per square foot stands at nearly HK$29,000, surpassing all other new luxury property projects on the island in sales volume, according to New World.
