Three major works highlighting President Xi Jinping’s thoughts and leadership debuted in Hong Kong on Wednesday.
The publications include the first volume of "Selected Works of Xi Jinping on Economy" and two volumes of "Xi Jinping and University Students."
Published in traditional Chinese characters, all three books were launched at a seminar attended by Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu, Director of Beijing’s Liaison Office in Hong Kong Zhou Ji, and other top officials.
The economic volume compiles President Xi’s key writings on economic development from November 2012 to December 2024. The two volumes of "Xi Jinping and University Students" chronicle the president’s engagement with young people during his tenure at both local and central government levels.
Lee said the new publications provide Hong Kong readers with a comprehensive insight into President Xi’s economic philosophy and the country’s broader development trajectory.
