Concert entry is staggered, with security checks opening at 1pm for January 24–25 shows and 1.30pm on January 26. Doors open at 6.30pm and 7pm respectively. Attendees with standing tickets should queue at C, K, or Y gates, while seated ticket holders may enter later via West Bridge or Central Square. Public transport is highly recommended, with MTR and special bus services in operation, as parking is limited.
Fans visiting the venue can explore multiple photo hotspots. Highlights include a flag-lined entrance with heart-shaped floor stickers, a transformed Kai Tak Mall 2 playing the group’s hits and housing official merchandise, the LED-lit West Bridge creating a nearly 100-meter-long visual corridor, and a giant FWD × BLACKPINK photo spot at Central Square. At night, the main arena will feature a themed LED light show, making the venue a must-visit experience for BLINKs.
A pop-up BLACKPINK store also opened on January 21 near the venue, operating daily from 11am to 9pm until January 26. On its first day, some fans queued as early as 5am to grab hoodies, light sticks, T-shirts, badges, caps, and tote bags. Merchandise at the pop-up differs slightly from products sold outside the venue during the concerts.
The three-day Hong Kong stop offers BLINKs both live performances and themed experiences, solidifying BLACKPINK’s presence in the city.
