39-year-old man arrested for alleged upskirting in Fanling

A 39-year-old man was arrested for allegedly filming underneath a woman's skirt at Fanling Station Road on Tuesday evening. Police responded to reports around 6:00pm after a 34-year-old woman suspected she was being illegally recorded by the individual.

Following preliminary investigation, the suspect surnamed Ho was taken into custody on suspicion of unlawfully photographing or observing intimate body parts. The case has been transferred to Team 1 of Tai Po District for further investigation while the suspect remains detained.
