HK Express announced Wednesday the launch of new direct flights connecting Hong Kong and Subang, Malaysia from August 1, offering travelers a second destination in Malaysia after Penang.

There will be one daily flight, taking approximately four hours to reach Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, from where passengers can reach Kuala Lumpur city center within 30 minutes after clearing customs.
The flight from Hong Kong is scheduled to depart at 4.35pm, while the return flight from Kuala Lumpur (Subang) will leave at 9.30pm.
To celebrate the launch of this new route, passengers can enjoy discounted one-way air tickets to Malaysia from June 11 at 11am to June 15 at 11.45pm via the company's official website or mobile app.
The limited-time promotion includes “Ultra Lite" and “Lite” one-way tickets, with prices starting at HK$88 and HK$118 respectively.
The applicable travel periods for the tickets to Kuala Lumpur are from August 1 to October 25, whereas tickets to Penang will be from June 21 to October 25.
