The four men and three women, aged between 18 and 47, were arrested for disorderly conduct in a public place on Dundas Street in Mong Kok on Monday.
The seven were on their way to the Kwong Wah Street Post Office at about 9pm Monday to mail letters to the 12 fugitives, during which some of them presented banners that read "SAVE12" and shouted slogans.
To mark the 100th day of the 12's detention, Student Politicism set up similar booths in Causeway Bay and Yuen Long to distribute leaflets and play videos.
Meanwhile, three men were given a HK$1,500 fine for littering after they presented flowers outside the Prince Edward MTR station on Monday to mark the 15-month anniversary of the August 31 incident.
The three, aged between 24 and 27, were issued tickets at around 4pm and dozens of officers cordoned off several of the station's exits an hour later.
But more citizens arrived with flowers by 6pm, including prominent protester "Grandma Wong" Alexandra Wong Fung-yiu.
Some bowed at the station, while others presented flowers outside the office of Yau Tsim Mong district councilor Ben Lam Siu-bun.
At 7pm, officers cordoned off exit B of the station and used loudspeakers to warn people that littering draws a HK$1,500 fixed penalty, adding that they could be charged for violating the gathering ban.
