Police were alerted to the school on On Chit Street at around 8 am this morning after the 57-year-old principal, surnamed Cheng, was reportedly assaulted by a 16-year-old boy.
Cheng was sent to the Princess Margaret Hospital, and officers arrested the pupil on suspicion of “assault occasioning actual bodily harm.”
It was learned that the boy was said to have violated the school rules and punched Cheng in the head outside a classroom.
