A man was arrested in Yuen Long on Wednesday afternoon in connection to the University of Hong Kong's nursing society orientation camp hit with a slew of indecent assault and cannabis consumption allegations on Monday.
The police noticed the online post and were also alerted on Monday (Aug 28) after a freshman orientation camp, hosted by the University of Hong Kong's nursing society, was rocked by allegations of indecent assault and cannabis consumption after one of the participants shared her horrifying story online.
After the police took over the investigation, they arrested a 20-year-old man yesterday afternoon (Aug 30) in Yuen Long on suspicion of groping an 18-year-old girl at a university orientation camp.
The arrested man is currently remanded under police custody, and the case is still under investigation.
