Two people hospitalized after yacht and boat collide in Sai Kung

Two people were hospitalized after a yacht collided with a boat in the waters off Sharp Island in Sai Kung on Tuesday. 

Police received the report at around 4.30 pm today. It was understood that the boat belonged to the Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course.

After the collision, a man was hurt at the waist, and a woman felt dizzy. They were first taken to the marine police headquarters west of the island and sent to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for treatment. 

A police investigation is underway.
