Tenants of a new public housing estate, Kai Chuen Court in Diamond Hill, can start moving in from Tuesday.

Shops in the nearby Kai Tin Shopping Centre in Diamond Hill are expected to open soon, according to the Housing Authority.
Kai Chuen Court phase one is public rental housing. It consists of two blocks that will be completed in the second half of this year, providing about 1,000 flats.
Its phase two is for the Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme, meaning the flats are for sale to public housing tenants or those who are eligible for public housing. It consists of three blocks with 2,100 flats, to be completed in 2023.
The entire project is expected to accommodate about 8,500 people upon completion.
