Verano, a luxury residential development by The Development Studio, has unveiled a furnished penthouse duplex on the top two floors of its 13-story building in Hong Kong Island’s Southern District.

Located at 125 Repulse Bay Road, the development comprises just six duplex residences. The five lower duplexes, spanning floors one to eleven, each cover 3,957 square feet, while the penthouse occupies 4,022 sq ft and includes an additional 1,199-sq-ft private rooftop terrace.

The penthouse offers a carefully designed sequence of living spaces, including a formal living room, dining room, family room, study, and kitchen, providing sweeping views across Repulse Bay.

Verano occupies a site formerly home to Roseville, a distinguished mansion built in the 1920s and passed down through three generations. The development reimagines the property as a low-density luxury residence, marking a new chapter in the Southern District’s architectural heritage.
