Fred's revamped Harbour City boutique has a Mediterranean theme to reflect founder Fred Samuel's love for the South of France.

So fittingly, for its opening, VIPs - which included K-pop star Choi Min-ho of Shinee, popular Thai actor Dew Jirawat, as well as Hong Kong singer and actress Charlene Choi - were treated to a cocktail aboard the iconic Star Ferry, transformed into a floating resort for the evening.
The cocktail capped the celebrations, which started at the new store - where guests could experienced the Mediterranean spirit of the decor and the jewelry up close,
Located on Level 2 of Ocean Terminal, the store has been designed as an elegant duplex.
Its facade, artfully rendered in pink gold, evokes the charm of the French Riviera. This theme is continued inside with blue showcases set on a carpet depicting foaming waters against sand-textured floor and walls.
Three Mediterranean-style arches at the back hide a flight of stairs with a specially designed cabled handrail leading up to a private loft. Within this exclusive VIP room, customers can shop in utmost privacy.
