New World Development to deliver three luxury projects this quarter

New World Development (0017) said on Thursday that three luxury residential projects will be delivered this quarter, accelerating its capital recycling efforts.

The projects include City Gather in Shanghai and New Metropolis Mansion in Guangzhou, which were gradually delivered in July. Meanwhile, The Pavilia Forest, a new landmark luxury residence in the Kai Tak runway area in Hong Kong, is scheduled for ready-for-occupancy sales starting this September.

Developed jointly with Far East Consortium, The Pavilia Forest has sold over 600 units since its launch, generating more than HK$4.2 billion in sales, the developer added.
