The couple, married since 2018, are known for their happy family life raising daughter Quinta. Chan has built a reputation as a devoted husband and father, working diligently to provide a better quality of life for his family.
Sin's Instagram videos inadvertently exposed their new residence, which appears to be a house with high ceilings and internal stairs, significantly upgraded from their previous apartment. The entrance features warm wooden decor with a modern smart lock equipped with 24-hour monitoring. The kitchen showcases dark wood cabinets paired with metallic accent walls, exuding sophisticated style.
Beyond the indoor space, the property includes a private garden where their daughter was seen joyfully jumping on a trampoline, providing an excellent play area for the growing child.
Chan's property investment journey reflects both financial acumen and filial piety. In 2017, he purchased a 700-square-foot high-floor unit at Lohas Park's Wings at Sea for HK$12.8 million in his mother's name, providing a comfortable recovery environment for her after a stroke.
