The Wharf's (0004) luxury project 77/79 Peak Road on The Peak saw its last mansion sell for HK$501 million by tender yesterday.The project, which is majority-owned by Wheelock Properties, comprises eight mansions, with sizes ranging from 6,061 to 8,139 sq ft.
The 6,257-square-foot mansion, 77C Peak Road, which links to a 1,349-sq-ft garden and 923-sq-ft yard, fetched a price of HK$80,000 per sq ft.

The tender for 77C Peak Road was offered last week. The flat was sold in 2023 for HK$387 million to a buyer affiliated with the developer but the deal was terminated last Tuesday.
In Ho Man Tin, 233 Prince Edward Road West, developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) and Wheelock Properties, sold the first of its "feature flats" by tender for HK$63.78 million or HK$41,714 per sq ft, the highest transaction and average price for the project.
In Yuen Long, Asia Standard International (0129) unveiled a third price list of 88 flats of High Park II, with prices starting from HK$3.25 million after discounts. Sales launch on Sunday.
Elsewhere, around 97 percent of stores in Hopewell Holdings' newly opened Hopewell Mall in Wan Chai have been rented out.In other news Singapore Internet brokerage Longbridge Securities reportedly leased an 8,500-sq-ft store in Tsim Sha Tsui for its first Hong Kong flagship shop, at a monthly rent of HK$1 million.
