KT Marina in Kai Tak has created a buzz in the market with the first 208 flats priced at HK$19,798 per square feet after discounts, a level last seen seven years ago in the area.

In the run-up to the launch of sales, the project's developers - K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688) - have also opened three show flats for viewing.
