St James, part of the UK developer Berkeley Group, will launch the sale of a new project called Cascades Two in West London on Saturday.

As part of White City Living which has six phases in total, Cascades Two offers a 39,000 sq ft lifestyle club and has direct access to a new Imperial College London campus, reaching three of London's top five universities within a 30-minute walk.
Two-bed flats and larger flats, which account for about half of the new project, are popular among Chinese and Hong Kong buyers at the moment, said Katie Thompson, sales & marketing director at St James.
A survey from property agent CBRE showed that 95 percent of Chinese and Hong Kong investors consider facilities as essential this year when purchasing a UK residential development.
Meanwhile, Berkeley recently leased a mega shop at Russell Street in Causeway Bay for five weeks to exhibit its new residential projects including Cascades Two.
