Pavilia Rosa tender sales 56 units on Thursday

New World Development (0017)'s Pavilia Rosa in Kowloon Tong will tender 56 units for sale on Thursday, with 30 duplexes and 26 mansions.

The units consist of three- and four-bedroom layouts, ranging from 976 to 2,185 square feet.

The developer said the viewing sessions at its sales office were fully booked on Sunday, and it will open more sessions in the future.
