Henderson Land Development (0012) said it sold 10 units on Saturday from a new batch at The Haddon in Hung Hom, generating about HK$61 million in sales. The developer said the project, which benefits from ready-to-move-in units, convenient transport links and supporting facilities, has achieved sell-through of more than 80 percent since launch, supported by expectations of relatively high rental yields.
In Tseung Kwan O, six units were sold at the Seasons series at Lohas Park on Saturday, with transaction prices ranging from HK$5.02 million to HK$7.15 million. The deals included a 453-square-foot, two-bedroom unit at Grand Seasons sold for HK$7.15 million, or HK$15,788 per square foot.
The project is jointly developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066).
Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties, said the Seasons series has sold 785 units so far this year, generating more than HK$4.99 billion in sales. Since launch, cumulative sales have reached 1,744 units, with total proceeds exceeding HK$10.95 billion.
