Blue Coast II plans to rise prices by 5pc next month

CK Asset's (1113) Blue Coast II in Wong Chuk Hang plans to increase prices by 5 percent next month, as homebuyers' confidence strengthened, said William Kwok Tze-wai, chief manager at sales department.

With the estimated US rate cut and recent rebound in the share market, the full-year property price in the city is expected to achieve the goal of a 5 percent hike, he added.

Over the weekend, Blue Coast II sold three units featuring three-bedroom layouts for over HK$50 million, or HK$23,000 per square foot.
