Shares of China Resources Beverage (2460) edged up 0.28 percent after announcing its 2024 net profit rose more than 23 percent to 1.64 billion yuan (HK$1.76 billion) from a year prior, driven by increased beverages sales.

It declared a final dividend of 30.7 fen and special dividend of 17.6 fen, amounting to 48.3 fen.
Revenues edged up 0.05 percent year-on-year to 13.52 billion yuan.
Specifically, packaged drinking water turnover dropped 3 percent to 12.12 billion yuan, accounting 89.7 percent of the total revenue, while sales of beverages climbed nearly 31 percent to nearly 1.4 billion yuan.
