Hang Seng climbs at close

Stocks in Hong Kong turned positive at the close today. The banchmark Hang Seng Index gained by 0.38 percent, or 109.45 points at 28,883.04.

But in mainland China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index was lower by 0.52 percent, or 15.96 points at 3,074.08. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index dell by 0.15 percent, or 2.65 points at 1,811.57.
