A car accident in Cheung Sha Wan on Thursday left one female student trapped under a vehicle, while another student and a pedestrian suffered minor injuries.

The incident occurred around 1pm when two private cars collided on Sham Shing Road, after which one of the cars mounted onto a pedestrian refuge island and hit two female students aged 14 and a male pedestrian.
The trapped girl, who had lost consciousness, was rescued and rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital for treatment along with the other injured student. The male pedestrian was sent to the Caritas Medical Centre.
