A real estate agent has been sentenced to three weeks of imprisonment for sticking a protest poster on a police sergeant's back by the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts today.

Ho Hiu-long, 25, was charged with a count of assaulting a police officer for assaulting police sergeant "A" outside store 2417 on the second floor of Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui on December 24 last year.
"The act of sticking a poster on a police officer's back is extremely humiliating and it also challenges police powers," said magistrate Amy Chan Wai-mun.
Ho had previously been remanded for 31 days.
