"The three suspected cases all have mild upper respiratory symptoms, but none have fever. One of them has visited Wuhan recently while the other two have not been to Wuhan recently but have visited mainland hospitals for other health problems," HKU said, adding that it has arranged enhanced cleaning and disinfection measures at the relevant site.
It also announced the suspension of outbound exchange programs to the mainland until further notice.
"Staff and students who have been to the affected areas will be invited to fill in a health questionnaire and reminded of the necessary personal and environmental hygiene precautions and responses," the university said.
