NWD partners with China Merchants Shekou in groundbreaking Northern Metropolis project

New World Development (0017) and China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone are jointly developing the first-ever commercial and residential project under the Pavilia Collection in the Northern Metropolis.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held today. 

The project is expected to provide around 2,300 residential units and is set to collaborate with the San Tin Technopole on accelerating the release of farmland value.

NWD chief executive Echo Huang Shaomei said the group currently holds a land bank of 14 million square feet within the Northern Metropolis and it will continue to accelerate the release of farmland value through various means.
