Grand Lisboa Palace opens in Macau

SJM Holdings (0880) said it is opening a new integrated resort named the Grand Lisboa Palace on Cotai Macau today.

The Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau of Macau has approved 150 new mass market tables and 1,200 new slot machines at the casino.

The regulator has also authorized the transfer of extra gambling tables to the casino from other casinos of SJM.

A total of 1,892 rooms and suites, plus facilities for events, meetings and conferences, shopping, gambling, dining, and entertainment will be available when the casino is fully open, the company said.
