Shenzhen International (0152) said net profit last year grew by 19 percent from a year ago to HK$5.02 billion.
Net profit from the core business surged by 52 percent to HK$2.87 billion.
The basic earnings per share were HK$2.34 and the company declared a final dividend of 53 HK cents and a special dividend of 64 HK cents.
Revenue grew by 45 percent year-on-year to HK$16.82 billion, with construction service revenue from toll roads rising 49 percent from a year ago to HK$1.83 billion.
The company's toll roads became toll-free from midnight on February 17, according to policies of the Ministry of Transport.
As for the logistics business, the company has waived two-months rent of about 100 million yuan in aggregate for around 600 tenants of its logistics parks across the country. About 97 percent of Shenzhen's transportation construction has resumed as of March 11, the company, said.
