Watch the 15th National Games and the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic
The 15th National Games, held once every four years, will be jointly hosted for the first time in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao from 9 to 21 November. Macao is hosting five competitions: table tennis, 3×3 basketball, 5×5 basketball (men’s under 18 category), volleyball (women’s adult category) and karate. Competition venues include the Galaxy Arena, Wynn Palace, Studio City Event Center, Tap Seac Multi-Sports Pavilion, Macau East Asian Games Dome, The Venetian Arena and Macao Forum. As for the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic, Macao will be hosting badminton events. Get tickets now before they are sold out!

Catch the action of the 72nd Macau Grand Prix
The world’s top drivers and young rising stars shine at Macao’s annual international motorsport event from 13 to 16 November. The 72nd Macau Grand Prix is more than a race – it’s a carnival! At Tap Seac Square, the Macau Grand Prix Family Carnival will be held on 1 and 2 November, featuring a re-creation of the Guia Circuit and a mini race track for children. The Macau Grand Prix Auto Show will be held on 8 and 9 November, while the official Grand Prix opening ceremony will also take place on 8 November. Show off your creative skills at the Photography Contest, and catch the rip-roaring action from the giant screens that dot the Macao community.

Satisfy your taste buds at the 25th Macau Food Festival
The 25th Macau Food Festival will be held at Sai Van Lake Square from 14 to 30 November (4pm to 11pm from Monday to Thursday; 3pm to 12am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Over 140 local food and beverage booths will form “food streets” featuring a diversity of Chinese, European, Asian, Japanese and Korean fares, with a Dessert Street and Flavors Food Street! Enjoy the day with live performances and have fun in the game booths.
This year’s food festival runs concurrently with a series of “Culinary City” events at the Galaxy International Convention Center, which include a Chinese chef competition with teams from over 40 countries and regions in the “International Master Chefs Competition for Chinese Cuisine” and a fair showcasing the latest catering innovations and technologies at the “International Smart Catering Equipment Expo”.

Immerse in the cultural heritage of Ferreira de Almeida
Experience the colourful history and culture of Ferreira de Almeida area from 1 to 30 November with free admission. The festival kicks off with a Crazy Carnival on 1 to 2 November, filling the streets with art and culture stalls, music, games, tours and workshops. Then comes engaging events like “Racing with You in Macao” Workshop, “Loving Horta da Mitra Series – Golden Oldies Night”, “Loving Horta da Mitra Series – Neighbourhood Gathering” and “Open-air Cinema”. In sync with this month’s Macao Grand Prix, a “Classic Car Show” and “Grand Prix Racing Car Photography Exhibition” are held to fuel the fevour.

Explore century-old traditions and flavours at the San Kio Traditional Market
Take a stroll through the charming San Kio Market and experience the vibrant neighbourhood. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 20 November, five special markets will be open, including the San Kio Dawn Market (8am to 12noon), San Kio Second-hand Market (2:30pm to 6:30pm), Lin Kai Night Market (5pm to 10pm), Rua da Emenda Oeople’s Livelihood Experience Market (5pm to 10pm) and San Kio Youth Dream Market (3pm to 9:30pm).
Join a guided tour through the streets and alleys, listen to the stories of stall owners, enjoy nostalgic snacks, and participate in workshops such as heritage dyeing, cloisonné brooches and headwear, and bring home a piece of San Kio handicraft.
The highlight, “Bazaar Carnivals”, will be held on 15 November. Participants will travel back in time with a “ration ticket” to complete thrilling buying and selling missions at Rua da Emenda.
