Wheelock Properties plans to sell five units at 1 Plantation Road on The Peak by tender in the first stage, as more luxury homes will be put into the market.

The project, the only new development on the Plantation Road over 18 years, offers 20 houses in total. The five houses on the bid list have sizes ranging between 5,600 to 6,200 square feet.

Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties, said the prices of five houses to be tendered will refer to the previous transactions on The Peak.

The remaining 15 houses will continue to be rented to gain long-term incomes for the moment, said Wong.

Elsewhere in Tsuen Wan, Team Victor Development has named its villa project Grandview Oceania, offering 13 houses.

CK Asset's (1113) luxury estate 21 Borrett Road in Mid-Levels sold one four-bedroom flat with parking space for more than HK$126 million by tender.

Meanwhile, Henderson Land Development (0012) unveiled the third price list for Eight Southpark in Kowloon City, involving 55 units costing between HK$3.37 million and HK$8.1 million after discounts.

Vanke Hong Kong plans to unveil the first price list for its Le Mont development in Tai Po within the week and is set to launch sales by the end of this month.

Sun Hung Kai Properties' (0016) Yoho West Parkside in Tin Shui Wai will start the first round of sales on Wednesday, involving 128 units. Of them, 119 flats are on the price lists at an average of HK$11,103 per sq ft after discounts.
