Highwood on To Kwa Wan Road garners 1,300 applications

Henderson Land Development's (0012) To Kwa Wan Road redevelopment project Highwood, had attracted around 1,300 applications as of noon on Wednesday, about eight times the 162 units offered in its first two price lists.

The project is expected to issue a third price list and unveil its first sales arrangements on Wednesday, with sales potentially starting as soon as Sunday.

Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the company’s sales department, said the third price list will likely cover about 41 units, with prices potentially raised further.
