Police hunting for two men who threw Molotov cocktails in Kowloon Tong

Police are hunting for two men after they were seen throwing Molotov cocktails at a bar in Kowloon Tong.

Officers received a report from a security guard at around 1 am on Sunday that the suspects were throwing Molotov cocktails toward Franki Centre and fled afterward.

Traces of burns were found outside a bar at the location, and the case was listed as arson. No one was injured.

It was learned that the target of the attack was actually the burger shop next to the bar, where it was doused with red paint yesterday (Nov 18).

The case might have originated from money or romantic disputes. It has been handed over to the Kowloon City police district and the investigation is ongoing.
