Authorities found that house No. 70 had an unauthorized 5-meter-by-13-meter unlawful structure on the bottom floor, along with an unauthorized 5-meter-by-6-meter basement.
The overall structure and retaining walls were not affected, the Buildings Department said
The finding is in addition to the previously discovered 17-meter-by-9-meter unauthorized basement works at house No. 72, which will have to be cordoned off due to its safety risks to the building structure.
The interdepartmental task force also found that a pool was illegally built near the government slopes but would need further inspection to determine its safety risk.
Separately, as the owner of House No. 74 refused to allow the government team to inspect the house, departments are set to apply for a court warrant to investigate whether there are any unauthorized constructions at the house.
