ICBC Asia and Keeta reach strategic cooperation

ICBC Asia has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Meituan's (3690) food delivery brand Keeta on Friday, eyeing drive multi-dimensional innovation and deliver comprehensive financial solutions to the delivery giant and its partners.

The collaboration will span personal and digital financial services, including cash management and payment clearing, the bank said.

They also expected to jointly explore innovative models to promote the development of inclusive finance while discussing potential collaborations such as the issuance of co-branded credit cards.

By leveraging ICBC's financial services and extensive network alongside Keeta’s robust user base and on-demand delivery capabilities, the collabration seek to integrate finance into everyday lifestyle scenarios, said Liu Yagan, chairman and executive director of ICBC Asia.
