Swire Properties topped a global sustainability index

Swire Properties (1972) ranked first in a global sustainability index, saying it achieves its 2030 vision of becoming a global sustainability leader -- six years in advance.

Swire Properties announced it has taken the top position globally in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index 2024 in the Real Estate Management & Development Industry category, rising from second place last year. 

The Company said it has achieved its Sustainable Development 2030 Vision, established in 2016, of becoming a global leader in sustainability performance in the real estate industry. 

It added the vision was reached six years ahead of its target milestone in 2030. 

Swire Properties has been a DJSI World constituent company for eight consecutive years since 2017.
