Joyce Boutique delists Monday

Fashion retailer Joyce Boutique (0647) said it will be privatized and delisted from the Hong Kong stock market next Monday.

The company said in a statement that the privatization scheme made by the company and JoyBo International will come to effect on Friday, and the listing of its shares on the Stock Exchange is expected to be withdrawn at 9:00 am on April 27.
