Searching for a convection steam oven that is easy to use and has multiple functions? Wolf's new convection steam oven will be the ideal cooking equipment.
A notable feature is its increased ability to cook. You can prepare multiple dishes at once with the 76cm model because it has 30% more space and a generous 68-liter overall oven capacity.
With several improvements to its Convection Steam Oven series, Wolf—the industry leader in high-end, high-performing cooking equipment distributed by The Madison Group—has elevated its standing for cutting-edge performance and breath-taking aesthetics to unprecedented levels.
On November 21 and 22, Wolf held a pop-up event with a Kitchen Circus theme at its Lee Garden Three Flagship to commemorate the introduction of the new convection steam oven. With Chef Will Leung showing off how to make roasted whole-sucking pig served as a taco with a Chinese twist, the area was converted into a kitchen circus.
After being placed in the convection steam oven, the raw sucking pig took only 15 minutes to come out of the oven. Leung shared why he used Western cooking equipment to prepare Chinese food. "Using this oven simplifies the preparation process while preserving flavor, as opposed to the traditional method."
