Attractive promotional videos of the Games were featured on giant outdoor TV screens.
To ensure the smooth preparation for the 15th National Games (NG), the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities (NGD) and the 9th National Special Olympic Games (NSOG), a close collaborative mechanism was established among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

Through efficient liaison channels, regular Guangdong-Hong Kong liaison meetings were held to conduct in-depth communication and planning on various cross-boundary arrangements, including competition scheduling, accreditation, customs clearance, food supply and testing, publicity and broadcasting, and market development.
From November 2024 to June 2025, the Hong Kong Competition Region progressively conducted test events for all competition events and cross-boundary events. These provided comprehensive practical drills for the competition schedule, logistics, venue facilities, information systems, security and medical services.
For instance, the Highways Department and its contractor efficiently completed the laying of 60 expansion joint protector pads on the viaduct ahead of the cross-boundary Road Cycling test event to ensure athlete safety. Various government departments also worked in unison through multiple on-site inspections and joint rehearsals to ensure the smooth execution of the events.
After meticulous planning for one and a half years, the team successfully transformed six football pitches in Victoria Park into a beach volleyball competition venue in just two weeks. The new complex comprises one main competition court, one secondary court, two warm-up courts, three practice courts, and spectator stands with a capacity exceeding one thousand.
Furthermore, the section of the waterfront from Central to Wan Chai was successfully converted into a triathlon competition venue of international standard in only a few days, fully demonstrating Hong Kong's efficient execution capability in organising large-scale sports events.

All levels of society also actively participated in and supported this mega event. The Hong Kong Jockey Club, serving as the sole Partner Sponsor for the Hong Kong Competition Region, generously contributed a sponsorship of HK$450 million.
With the support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club and various other organisations and enterprises, promotional elements for the Games were disseminated extensively across the MTR, buses, trams, Star Ferry, major tunnels, and large outdoor screens, successfully integrating the atmosphere of the National Games into every corner of society.
