Central Residence by The Park to tender two three-bedroom units

Central Residence by The Park in Mid-Levels Central, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), will put two three-bedroom units up for sale by tender this Sunday.

Cello Chan, sales and marketing director of PCPD, said the tender units are three-bedroom flats with size of 1,029 and 1,074 square feet respectively.
