Hong Kong actor Wong He, known for his role in the drama "Burning Flame," has recently shared a harrowing experience in which he suspects he was drugged and raped while in Taiwan.
The 57-year-old actor, who relocated from London to Taiwan, often shares his life online and has garnered over 130,000 followers.
In a recent video on his YouTube channel, Wong recounted two troubling experiences of suspected sexual assault where he lost consciousness.
Recalling the first harrowing encounter in Hsinchu last July, Wong described waking up with a sense of suffocation, realizing someone was holding him down from behind.
Despite his efforts to resist, he eventually lost consciousness, only to regain awareness while lying on the floor, grappling with pain and confusion about the incident.
In a similar traumatic encounter on December 10, Wong noted losing consciousness after consuming a red bean soup with two male friends in the early hours of the morning.
Upon regaining consciousness, he found himself held down, surrounded by darkness, and again lost consciousness after attempting to struggle.
The following morning, Wong realized he may have been incontinent, finding himself naked on the mattress with feces, as well as bloodstains and bruises on his knees.
Instead of reporting the incidents, he apologized to his friends for the mess and offered to compensate them for a new mattress, as they behaved as if nothing had occurred.
Following these incidents, Wong sought medical attention but encountered uncooperative staff at the hospital. Although he was scheduled for an MRI and X-ray, Wong claimed the hospital sent him home with painkillers without giving him a chance to see a doctor.
As his symptoms worsened, he returned to the hospital and was later diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, which he believed contributed to his acute renal failure diagnosis earlier this year.
