Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties, said the prices of five houses to be tendered will refer to the previous transactions on The Peak.
The remaining 15 houses will continue to be rented to gain long-term incomes for the moment, said Wong.
Elsewhere in Tsuen Wan, Team Victor Development has named its villa project Grandview Oceania, offering 13 houses.
