Under its "HNW Value-Added Service ECO System," Sun Life developed the high-end medical network eSunPro. This healthcare service platform grants clients access to high-quality medical services from top private hospitals in Hong Kong and Class 3A public hospitals across Mainland China.
Notable institutions such as The Chinese University of Hong Kong Medical Centre and Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong are included in this network.
The platform also introduces the pioneering "Family Concierge" concept, extending designated value-added services to family members of eligible clients.
For enhancement, Sun Life launched the Legacy Academy and partnered with the Institute of Continuing and Professional Education of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong to offer the first family office training certificate courses in Hong Kong.
Additionally, the financial services provider offers a diverse range of savings, life, and investment-linked insurance products to address clients' needs in areas such as trust, tax, and legal matters.
Clement Lam Ka-yin, chief executive of Sun Life Hong Kong, said, “The system fulfills the diverse needs of high-net-worth clients to preserve assets, pass on wealth, and protect health.”
