Hong Kong stocks closed higher on Monday, led by tech shares' gains.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose by 376 points, or 1.44 percent, to 26,608 points, with a full-day turnover at HK$306.2 billion.
The tech gauge increased by 3.1 percent to 5,863 points.
Kuaishou (1024) jumped 7.4 percent, and Baidu (9888) increased 5.2 percent.
Stocks of Chinese food-delivery firms rallied following the competition investigation from China's top regulator, with Meituan (3690) and Alibaba (9988) rising 6.2 percent and 5.3 percent, respectively.
The online medical platforms' shares also advanced. Alibaba Health Information Technology (0241) surged over 9 percent to a three-month high - the best performance among blue chips, while JD Health International (6618) increased by 5.3 percent to top one-month high.
In the mainland, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index rose by 1.09 percent to 4,165 points, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Component Index went up 1.75 percent to 14,366 points.
